I personally nope right out of dental trauma and sexual assault. For everyone else, this character deals with a lot of themes of body horror, but since that also deals with his past, it's easier to avoid it by just avoiding any talk about his past. However, it is going to come up just by virtue of the way that he looks. But if, for some reason, you don't want to engage with that, then please drop a comment here so I will know not to include it in any of my tags with you.

Who's pulling these strings is who I want to talk to. A broad overview is that there was some kind of sickness, but people were comparing it to religion. Might have been some flavor of Christian, but a lot of evidence says it's not. Still some kind of apocalyptic death cult. So it's the same difference.

He is completely bald, and all of his exposed skin looks like aged and wrinkled leather, even the area where the end of his nose should be. Altogether, it gives him a skull-like look and with a tattered duster, beaten-up Stetson, and saddlebags that he carries over one shoulder, he's like the nightmare of a cowboy.

He can take a truly obscene amount of damage, and often has fun fighting someone else who's bigger and stronger than he is.
↬ Injuring
In the Fallout lore, ghouls are very nearly immortal as long as they keep from turning into feral ghouls. Even if you rip a limb off, he could pick it up and reattach it with duct tape or something and it would still work.

Dude is 200+ years old and spent at least 30 of those years buried 6 feet under. He's pretty hard to kill.

I'd need you to contact me for this one. I'd have to use a lot of headcanon for those 200+ years but I don't think he would any special mental abilities. Except for, y'know, dealing with a whole lot of bullshit.
